1 capsule one to two times daily, or as directed. We recommend taking it on an empty stomach, either between meals or last thing at night.

If taking antibiotics, we recommend taking it after you've finished your course of antibiotics. If on long-term antibiotics, we recommend taking it last thing at night, before bed.

• You may experience a change in bowel function/habits for a few days which may present as a gurgling/wind/change in bowel frequency. This is perfectly natural with taking any probiotic and will generally settle down after a week or so. Reducing the dosage may help alleviate this.
